Mr. Akshay Jadhav

Mr. Akshay Jadhav, founding partner of Bhumitantra for  the last  five  years’ has  immersed himself in villages across the length and breadth of India conducting Agriculture field surveys, data, analysis  & consultancy for crop monitoring companies. With an MBA from IIPM, Bangalore he started out as a  Crop Analyst at TransGraph (A  price consulting, commodity research Co.) analyzing evolving  key fundamentals in order to help the market and price forecast of a  given agriculture commodity. He got recognized for his skills in SnD of Oil Seeds, edible oils and oil meals ( domestic and  international markets), preparation of  daily-weekly-biweekly and monthly market analysis covering the ag- markets (Indian edible oils and oil seeds complex, Global sunflower complex) and macroeconomics fundamentals. Also worked in  other commodities like  Chana, Tur, Lentil, Maize, Urad and other  grains & pulse crops.  He has had an opportunity to work for  many leading crop and Ag consultancy companies like Commodities Control, AGCON, Ingenus Strategy, Central Tibetan Administration (Government in Exile), Trans rural, Vegetable Growers Association of India, Context Network ( USA), USAID Bill & Melinda Gates foundation projects. He looks after the day-to-day operations of the company.

As a recognized Commercial Excellence Leader and Business Intelligence Specialist, Sagar has consistently achieved remarkable results, particularly in the Asia Pacific region, where his leadership has propelled revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and market expansion.

His approach to market segmentation and targeting ensures that resources are strategically aligned with market demands, enabling businesses to maximize their potential while improving client satisfaction. In addition to his technical expertise, Sagar is an adept project manager with a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale initiatives. His leadership in designing performance-driven sales incentive programs and managing cross-functional teams across diverse cultural environments has consistently delivered operational excellence. With a keen ability to leverage data-driven insights, Sagar has mastered the deployment of Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, integrating these tools to optimize sales performance and customer engagement. His goal remains focused on advancing commercial operations through strategic insight, ultimately contributing to long-term business success. He looks after the day-to-day operations of the company.
